Our Process

For the construction of houses with our structural system in Steel framing we use a structure composed of galvanised steel sheet profiles of very low thickness cold-formed, it is characterised by being a light and resistant structure, whose innovation lies in the use of cutting-edge technology at each stage of the manufacturing and construction process. All our profiles have a 275 g/m2 coating, each with a sheet thickness of 0.75 mm, 1 mm and 1.2 mm. The profiles are produced in sizes 90 mm and 140 mm web width. With these characteristics it is possible to produce up to 12 types of profiles with high structural strength and physical and chemical stability to corrosive agents. The length is always adjusted to the dimensions of each project. With our on-site steel structure production and assembly process, it is possible to construct a moderate-sized residential building (i.e. 145 m2 area) in one week.

From the beginning of the architectural designs of each project, all the information is entered into a software that allows us to have exact measurements of the structure and start the production of the profiles, for this there is a cutting and assembly of each profile that provides a precise way to adapt them to each project and leave the necessary openings for internal installations.

According to the needs of each client, being a layered system allows us to offer enclosures for our structures with different types of materials suitable for each market and for each use, such as OSB III plates, steel plate, insulating plate, sandwich panel, cement boards and others. For the final finishes on the façade, all available resources can be used according to the architectural project. With our technology it is possible to erect buildings up to four storeys with a maximum wall height of 6m and slabs with a span of 12m.
